Workshops & Training

Training and workshops can take place as a one off, or on a scheduled on-going basis. We can discuss your training needs and fee will vary accordingly.

My consultation services will analyse and audit your business, advising on current work-flow to suggest improvements and opportunities. Consultation services are paid at a daily rate and can be tailored to your time-scale.

Working on a retainer basis, I can make my services available to you long-term. This allows flexibility for when your needs change or arise, and allows us to dive deeper into your business to achieve strategic growth over time.

When you need some extra support, I offer project-based assistance. This is charged as a fee-per-project which can be discussed according to scope and timescale.

Depending on the project or task I can be flexible to start with a consultation and move into a long-term partnership arrangement based on the strategic growth plan.
